At the heart of Corbezzoli’s kitchen is Chef Giuseppe Tarantino, who over the years has developed a distinctive culinary identity, one that celebrates his roots while embracing curiosity and experimentation.
Born in Naples and raised in Bologna, he draws inspiration from two culinary traditions rich in history and flavour. Their meeting has shaped a cuisine that thrives on exploration, unexpected ingredient combinations and influences from around the world.
This approach has also earned the appreciation of Gambero Rosso’s experts, who describe the chef’s cuisine in their review as “clear-cut and distinctive”, highlighting the connection between his Campanian roots and the region that welcomed him.
We are especially delighted by these words, as they capture exactly what we strive to bring to the table every day: dishes that tell a story and, above all, have the power to evoke emotions through flavour.
