Childhood memories and seasonal aromas
Chef Giuseppe Tarantino brings his homeland, Campania, to the dinner table, fusing it with Emilian delicacies and typical regional products. There are always herbs and flavours of the vegetable garden, every different season. Neapolitan tarallo savoury biscuits and linguine are served with Cherasco snails and wild herbs, such as dandelion and watercress, finding original flavour combinations that still remind you of home.
